KURTZ GmbH is a member of the Kurtz Group of companies. It developed from the original forge hammer works of 1779 to an international group of companies focusing on mechanical engineering and aluminium and iron casting.
Today KURTZ GmbH is one of the globally leading manufacturers of machines for the processing of particle foams - such as EPS, EPP, EPE and their copolymers. The product range covers pre-expanders, shape moulding machines, blockmoulds and cutting lines right through to layout and supply of complete plants for the production of blocks and mouldings.
KURTZ operates two foundries for aluminium die casting as well as grey cast-iron and nodular cast iron and a CNC machining shop. The family-owned company with a tradition of over 225 years covers the entire process: from part development and design including advice in material selection through to casting and finishing. KURTZ produces components for mechanical engineering as well as engine, transmission and suspension parts and vacuum and hydraulic castings.
Under the motto "From Foundryman For Foundrymen" KURTZ produces low-pressure casting machines for aluminium and magnesium alloys and became the technology leader in this field. In addition the KURTZ product range also covers gravity and tiltable gravity casting cells available both as single machine and as automated turn-key casting plant. The know-how gained in the KURTZ foundries together with decades of experience in mechanical engineering is the foundation for the development and engineering of new plants.
At the end of 2009 KURTZ has successfully expanded its range of products in the foundry machine sector by deburring technology and started supplying trimming presses. Deburring machines, processing stations, deburring tools as well as automation and peripheral equipment complement the supply scope of this new business sector.
We produce our tubular connectors exclusively from high-quality sea weather-proof aluminium alloys, with low weight, maximum stability and natural corrosion resistance for the most varied fields of application. We would be pleased to plan your individual tubular designs, prepare layout diagrams with parts lists and deliver our tubular connectors together with tube sections, which are marked and customised to your needs. Machine and safety railings from Brinck tubular connectors are TÜV typetested according to pr EN ISO 14122-3.
You can also make use of our experience in aluminium casting and as a system supplier:
For over sixty years we have been producing customer-specific aluminium cast parts as a reliable supplier to the automotive and machinery industries.
From conceptualisation to implementation in finished assemblies, we offer you our all-round support in aluminium casting.
