Business Units Brüel & Kjær Sound & Vibration Measurement A/S consist of three distinct business units serving the world of sound and vibration: * Sound and Vibration Measurement * LDS Test and Measurement * Lochard EMS Sound and Vibration Measurement The range of sound and vibration measurement products supplied by this business unit are designed to help reduce noise emissions and improve safety and environmental impact – creating better products and a better quality of life for the end user. The recent addition of portable multi-analyser systems to the product range enables the full range of sound and vibration measurement and analysis applications to be carried out in the field. Examples include “in vehicle” sound analysis, quality control applications, and structural dynamic testing. About us

The Bareiss Prüfgerätebau GmbH characterises the development of hardness tests on elastomers and other soft elastic materials by innovation and progress, since its foundation by Heinrich Bareiss in 1954. Nowadays Bareiss and its 42 qualified colleagues develop, manufacture and distribute top-quality testing devices for rubber, plastics and soft elastic materials in pharmacy and food industry, as they did in the past.

In order to be able to guarantee top-quality of its products durably, Bareiss has established a management system acc. to ISO 9001. Thereby, all processes and activities, which are decisive for quality and safety, are planned, controlled and surveyed permanently. As accredited testing laboratory of the German Calibration Services DKD for the measurement category of hardness, Bareiss is making calibrations on Shore and IRHD testing devices permanently, in the company's laboratory and outdoors and provides official calibration certificates for this purpose , since 1996, in context of the control of testing devices.
