TOOL STEELS: The properties of the materials depend on the particular nature of the application. Our steels are mainly used in the following industries: - Die casting - Extrusion - Die forging - Cold forming - Plastics forming - Glass processing STAINLESS STEELS RESISTANT TO CORROSION, ACIDS AND HEAT / SPECIAL MATERIALS: The acquisition of Gebr. Höver in 2003 helped us to extend the range of our products to include applications with extensive requirements, which demand stainless steels that are resistant to corrosion, acids and heat. The applications that fall into this category can be found in various industries such as: - Turbine construction - Chemical apparatus engineering - Separation technology - Aerospace - Ship manufacturing - Pump construction - Flange construction - Nuclear technology - Food and Beverage If the specific requirements involved cannot be met with conventional steels, we are able to supply all kinds of special materials such as alloys based on nickel, cobalt, titanium or zirconium. Within this production range, we are focussing particularly on the manufacture of rings. The company Kurt Maier Motor-Press GmbH was established in 1979. Our expanding company has production centres in Germany and Southern Europe.
We sell and supply to our customers standard components for electric motors in frame size IEC 56 up to IEC 400, but also components made in accordance to our customer´s requirements.
Accessory parts are stator empty casings, endshields, flanges and terminal boxes of aluminium or cast-iron. Further ventilation fans, radialblowers, stator- and rotorpacks and accessories for the motor manufacturing.
Further products are forced ventilation units for permanent cooling of electric motors, incremental Encoder as were flameproof motors from Cemp, F&G and RAEL.
The aim of our company´s policy is to meet the steadily increasing demands of technology and quality.
