he PRIMAX company was founded in the year 1993.From the beginning the export business was the supporting pillar of the PRIMAX activities. The founders of the company had that time already many years of experience in this field and a lot of valuable contacts, especially to customers in the area of Eastern Europe. The trading area was rapidly expanded to additional countries with the result that PRIMAX GmbH is maintaining firm contacts to customers and suppliers in about 70 states nowadays.

Since the year 2000 the main focus of the PRIMAX activities was directed to the medical sector with the production of the own PRIMAX brand medical X-ray film, the introduction of the ISO-certified quality management system as well as a constantly growing number of further PRIMAX products in the medical sector. Meanwhile PRIMAX offers its customers a very comprehensive assortment of medical consumables which is supplemented by acquisition of other brand’s products. That way the PRIMAX customers appreciate meanwhile this one-stop buying very much. These customers are in most cases local trading companies which are authorized to organize their sales of the PRIMAX assortment in their local markets to a large extend – after consulting PRIMAX from time to time – fully independently.
