| Our company projected, patented, prototyped (8 different) industrialized and tested with the collaborations of 2 important industries of refrigeration sector a new and revolutionary hi-tech domestic refrigerator with very nice design, never existed before to replace low technology products, till now used to partial satisfaction of consumers and almost ready for serial production.
This product presents several potentiality and important values as: 1) Very useful (resolve a big problem that 1300 potential consumers declare to have) 2) Virgin global mass market (300Mln. of potential consumers in the world) 3) Product right to G.D.O. of household appliance 4) Low production cost (assembly of plastic part with series semi-finished at low cost) 5) High selling price (tested by the positive market surveys about 1300 potential consumers) 6) Great dependability, and many more. 7) Hi-tech product with very nice design (studied for long time to have quality and many more) Some of these features have been verified through international distributors (letters for 22.400 pieces) and three different positive international market surveys about 1300 consumers, (last one in England). Recently the Euronics Group in Italy, propose us to expose our product in eleven of their shops free. This 1300 interviews, realized by important institute (Doxa, Eurisko, Emind), applied to the number of the European potential consumers could develop a number of product and profits very high. Even if our company obtained 2,5mln. Euros from the Italian State as financings, to build up the industrial plant, that is quite completed, we are looking for a new partner. This because one very important industrial company of our sector, we involved in the business, instead to finance us, as programmed in the Joint Venture agreement, tried to pass from 33% to 51% of the share capital. So we decided, end we can, to substitute them with other partners. Is our opinion that if you are interested to this business, there could be many possibility of collaboration, and one of this could be the following joint venture program: A) Your Company could produce and market our product, in one nation, in autonomy and with own brand under our license, giving us royalties. B) Your Company should produce the product for our company (not ready jet) that is going to market the product with own brand. C) Our commercial company (with the exclusive right for international sells) give you now the option to buy (also later) minority share capital to expand together the business at international level.
