We are a gearbox manufacturing organisation in India that predominantly cater to the core sectors in India; be it Mining, Cement, Power, Steel & Metals, Material Handling etc. We are a subsidiary of Vulcan Industrial Engineering Ltd, mainly into the field of spares of Shovels, draglines, and propel, swing and crowd gearboxes for hoist, drag and swing mechanisms, situated at Vallabh Vidyanagar, District of Anand, Gujarat in India. We have been manufacturing gear drives mainly as speed reducers of bevel/helical and helical design. We also manufacture planetary drives for VRM’s, roller press and material handling application. The products we manufacture are all based on in-house developments confirming to DIN standard. We are also comfortable to design and manufacturing as per AGMA standard. We use KissSoft software for all our designs. Our plant is well equipped with quality machinery, but are also is in the process of upgrading our primary machineries with latest technology equipments in the areas of gear hobbing, gear grinding, heat treatment inclusive of case carburising, vertical and horizontal boring machinery etc to meet the exacting standards that are demanded by one and all. We seek partnership in the form of technology transfer or tie up that allows us to manufacture parts, either totally as per design drawings or partly machined as may be required inclusive of materials to your specification. The possibility also exists for jointly designing and developing gearboxes or gear parts if the need arises. In short we can be an extension to your business requirements subject to a confidentiality agreement that ensures free and frank exchange of data and technology for both partners. If need be, we can visit you and give you a brief insight on our capabilities and the activities being carried out by us.
