Firmamız 1978 senesinden itibaren talaşlı imalat yapmaktadır. Bu süreç içerinde 25 senedir Hema End. Aş. Firmasına ve yaklaşık 9 senedir TRW firmasına geometrik toleransları çok zor,ölçüsel toleransları çok kısıtlı yüz binlerce ürün yapmıştır ve yapmaya devam etmektedir. Metal teknolojisiyle ilgili her türlü yapılandırması mevcut,ölçüm cihazları son teknoloji ile donatılmıştır. 30 senelik talaşlı imalat tecrübemiz sayesinde ağırlıklı olarak otomotiv sanayi başta olmak üzere cnc torna makineleri ile üretemediğimiz ürün bulunmamaktadır. Firmamızın tüm kalite kontrol belgeleri mevcuttur. Firmamızın üretim politikaları içerinde öncelik olarak,üretimde kalite esas prensibimizdir. Türkiye’nin bu sektörde uluslar arası kabul görmüş tek firması olan Hema End. Aş. ye 25 senedir üretmiş olduğumuz ürünlerin kalitesi ve görmüş olduğumuz saygınlık bizi bu sektörde son derece iddialı kılmaktadır.
