Type:Rollcoater Plasma-line from company Plasma Electronic GmbH. Substrate: rolls with max. width of 500mm , also suitable for pieces. ABS, PC, PE, PP, PA, PEEK, PMMA, PPS, metal, glass, ceramics, quartz. Possible procedures: Actiplas, Aquacer, Lipocer (Aktivating, Hydrophil- and , Hydrophobing) Chamber volume: 580 x 800 x 1180 mm Describtion of the line and their components: Beside the treatment of line products the arrangement is to be treated in principle also in the position of piece property. In addition the complete impulse unity must be removed for the line product from the chamber. The machine is semi-automated. The line and also the control unit is in a good condition. The line was running not very often. The vacuum-pump arrangement exists of a rolling piston pump and a rotary racketeer pump. The documentation (operating instructions, sign sentences, electric plans) is entire.
