Impeller Powder Feeder is the main equipment that feed powdered coal for boiler in powder making system of thermal power plant useful. By means of impeller of the feeder, it transmits the coal powder from the coal powder storehouse to the transmitting pipe continuously and evenly, and then the powder coal is blew into the boiler by the hot air and burnt. Characteristic: Driven by alternating current variable speed motor or frequency conversion adjustable speed motor, it can do speed variation within a certain scope, then make powder quantity adjusted so as to control burning in boiler.. The machine is compact, high weight, and efficient. This machine can be used with impact gauge, which can measure the powder instantly and increase the burning ratio; also it can lower the combustible materials in the air. This machine has a none-leaking structure that is convenient to maintain. |
