A. SCOPE
These terms and conditions govern relations between companies in the database of www.industrystock.com register, online exhibit and banners on our website for your company to advertise,(hereinafter referred to as "customers") and the Deutscher Medien Verlag GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Publisher").
B. CUSTOMER OBLIGATION

D. CONTRACT FORMATION

G. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

The publisher holds the right to the customer data and the available pictures and logos to use and publish on the website www.industrystock.com. The publisher reserves the right to the customer data to other domains managed by the publisher to publish.
H. ACCOUNTABLITY, CLAIM FOR DAMAGES
The publisher aims to provide error free and uninterrupted service The publisher may not, however, rule out operating interruptions completely.
