Leveling Mechanism Manufacturers, Traders, Suppliers
Automatic levels, such as those from Leica and hedue, automatically adjust horizontally the target line with a compensator. Since the compensator has a limited working range, a preliminary setting employing the screws and the circular level is necessary. With the levels, height differences can be determined or machines and structures can be aligned.
A digital level simplifies determinations of height differences considerably. Levelling rods are used, on which a bar code is printed. The digital level is able to read the barcode and show the height difference between two readings on the display.
For smaller amounts of adjustment height (level equalisation). The Level Equalisation Elements (NAEs) are most suitable. The adjustment height here is between 4 and 14mm.

NAEK is ideal for applications where low distance between two workpieces balanced and in addition the set amount to be secured by means of the KM mounted on top.
- Construction height of 20 - 77mm incl. Lock-Nut.
