required nominal pressure in the system: 1.5-2 bar
Rinsing: with process water
maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
maximum temperature: 110 °C (powder-coated 70°C)

The filtration process is NOT interrupted.

AST's chemical filter can selectively adsorb and remove various types of AMC:1, Acid MA, including sulfur dioxide SO2, hydrofluoric acid HF, nitrogen oxide NOx, hydrogen chloride HCL, hydrogen bromide HBR, etc;2. Alkaline MB, including Ammonia NH3, methylamine CH3NH2, trimethylamine (CH3) 3N, hexamethyldisiloxane HMDSO, etc;3. Condensative MC, including silane, dibutyl cresol BHT, esters, macromolecular hydrocarbons, etc.Based on customer on-site pollution data and target concentration indicators, AST selects different grades of filter materials for optimization and combination, flexibly applying physical adsorption, chemical adsorption, and ion exchange principles, resulting in high removal efficiency, low wind resistance, and long service life.Widely applicable to clean room ventilation systems in the microelectronics industry, low-content gas exhaust emission systems, and other types of highly sensitive civil and industrial facilities to trace gases.AST provides chemical filtration technology services such as testing and validation through its own, partner, and third-party laboratories, while providing one-on-one chemical filtration system solutions for customers.
