1、Materials and Processing Techniques
Ceramic materials such as alumina and zirconia have corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance properties, with a dimensional accuracy of up to 1 micron and a mirror level smoothness
Ceramic tiles should pay attention to their water absorption rate (fine water tiles 3% -6%, ceramic tiles>10%), dimensional error (national standard ≤± 0.3%), and flatness (deviation ≤ 0.5%)
Core processing technology
Laser cutting: used for high-precision molding, combined with gold carving grinding to achieve micrometer level tolerances (such as cylindricity of 0.5 micrometers)
CNC machining:
The recommended speed for a flat bottomed knife (diameter 6mm) is 14000 revolutions per minute, with a feed rate of 0.1-0.5 millimeters per minute
Rough machining allowance of 0.15-0.25mm, precision machining of 0.02-0.04mm, surface roughness can be controlled below 0.2 microns

Tools and Parameters
The ball head knife needs a thin blade design to reduce friction and is suitable for areas with small curvature.
The five axis linkage technology can control the angle deviation within 0.1 ° and process micro holes (depth to diameter ratio 10:1).
