The traditional Hessian company A. SCHÜTH GmbH is an established manufacturer of high-quality seals and stamped parts for almost all branches of industry and customer groups.
For more than 125 years, A. SCHÜTH GmbH has been manufacturing various static seals and stamped parts made of rubber, graphite, fiber, cellular rubber, insulation materials and many more, as well as anti-slip mats for load securing and building protection mats.
In addition, the company produces various rubber and silicone aeration elements for water treatment in its separate environmental technology division.
Together with its employees, the company is growing steadily at its German production site in Hesse, and continues to develop into one of the most important partners and suppliers for industry and trade.

Elastomer diaphragms are vibration-resistant seals with a demanding requirement profile. They enable dynamic sealing tasks that cannot be realized with conventional materials such as rubber seals or O-rings.
Great attention is paid to resistance to changing pressures, temperatures and media while maintaining unrestricted mobility and durability.
Elastomere GmbH is one of the pioneers in this field and has a wealth of experience when it comes to customized solutions for complex diaphragm tasks. Its expertise covers not only the shaping of the diaphragm, but also the production of fabric-reinforced base fabrics.

GuK GmbH is your specialist consultant in the field of rubber and plastics technology. We see ourselves as a solution provider and competent partner for our customers, who benefit from the comprehensive know-how and innovative spirit of our 26 employees. GuK has premises with a floor space of 1,500 square meters, the technical equipment of which is constantly being modernized and expanded. When the company was founded in 1994, it already had a manually operated punching machine, an automatic punching machine for small batches of up to 5,000 pieces, a band saw and a machine for automatically cutting hoses and molded parts to length, but later a laminating machine for coating existing materials as "self-adhesive" and a cutting plotter were added. The cutting plotter enables the cost-effective production of small batches without the need for a punching tool. In 2000, GuK entered the field of elastomer molded part production, where customer-specific, drawing-based parts are produced in series. Our water jet cutting machine has been in operation since April 2006 and a 3D printer since 2014.

Performance profile
The product portfolio includes commercial products, usually fittings, sheets, insulation products, foils and adhesives, as well as in-house products. These are the core areas of hose technology, profiles, sealing technology, molded parts and coatings. Elastomers, foams and rubber are processed. One of GuK's strengths is the customer-specific assembly and finishing of merchandise.
In summary, it can be said that GuK offers a wide range of products that leaves no questions unanswered. In order to meet this requirement, GuK also offers containers, special technical lubricants and products in the areas of pump technology, safety and the environment in addition to the basic range.

GuK introduced a quality management system shortly after it was founded and has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 1996.
