Since at least 1937 we have been building pull-through furnaces for hardening and tempering strip steel, such as razor blade strips. This is done at approx. 200 °C without holding time in the tempering furnace to reduce brittleness, increase toughness and achieve additional hardness. Tempering furnaces are part of our furnace systems for the continuous tempering of saw and blade strips, which are modular in design. Through the selection of standardized plant components, we configure the plant according to your requirements.
