For the production of our turned parts we have multi-spindle and CNC turning machines at our disposal. Six and eight-spindle automatic machines are used to process stainless steels, free-cutting steels, brass, aluminium, quenched and tempered and case-hardened steels in a turning range from 6 to 50 mm.With the help of sorting machines a 100% inspection is possible. In the field of CNC turned parts we are specialists in the processing of long turned parts (up to 700 mm) with a diameter of 5 to 25 mm.Other CNC turned parts are available in small and medium series up to a diameter of 65 mm with all additional machining.

The focus is on a wide variety of milled parts, produced on
machining centres with plate changers. Material qualities include cast iron, die-cast aluminium, aluminium, brass and various steels. Provided casting blanks are machined in wage labour. In addition, products with tight tolerances and complex geometries are milled from profile or solid material.
Turned parts for fuel lines
For this technology area we not only manufacture special tube bending parts, but also the corresponding turned parts made of stainless steel, free-cutting steel, tempered steel, brass or aluminium.
The production is carried out for larger quantities on multi-spindle lathes and for small and medium series on CNC lathes.
