Forschung & Entwicklung
Das Kernstück einer Gleitringdichtung ist der Dichtspalt. Durch Reibung entsteht dort Verschleiß und Wärme. Alle anderen Komponenten der Dichtung müssen so angepasst werden, dass der Verschleiß minimiert und die entstehende Reibungswärme optimal abgeführt wird. In unserer Entwicklungsabteilung wenden wir moderne Meß- und Berechnungsmethoden wie Thermographie (siehe Bild), Finite Elemente Methode (Animation) und CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) an, damit zuverlässige und langlebige Dichtungen entstehen. Langzeittests unter Praxisbedingungen sind für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Wir fertigen Hartmetallwerkzeuge, Präzisionswerkzeuge und Hartmetallmaschinenteile nach Kundenwunsch.
