Sie war eine mechanische Flechterei und Zwirnerei, die vor allem Harnischfäden und Kartenbindeschnüre herstellte. Diese wurden nicht nur in Deutschland vertrieben, sondern auch in andere Länder, wie zum Beispiel nach England, Dänemark und Türkei.
