VI HALBLEITERMATERIAL GmbH mainly produces high purity THIN FILM PRODUCTS and INORGANIC CHEMICCAL POWDERS for research, development and manufacturing. THIN FILM PRODUCTS include Pure metal targets, Alloy targets, Ceramic Targets, Evaporation materials, etc. INORGANIC CHEMICCAL POWDERS include high purity metal materials, rare earth materials, chalcogenide materials, halides, nitrides, borides, silicide materials and other advanced materials. Widely used in semiconductor, aerospace, chemical, electronics, optics, new energy, medical equipment and other fields.
The company was established in December 2022, located in the city of Hannover, Germany, by Tim Du, a Ph.D majoring in material science form Xi’an jiaotong University. in material science from Xi 'an Jiaotong University.

در راستای هدف استقلال صنعتی كشور عزيزمان ايران، شركت شيميايی بهداش در سال 1359 در كارگاه كوچكيی در تهران پايه ريزی گرديد و در سال 1362 به عنوان اولین و بزرگترین تولید کننده انواع ترکیبات فعال سطحی (Surfactants) کشور تاسیس شد.

• در سال 1363 اجازه تاسيس يک واحد سولفوناسيون و سولفاسيون به ظرفیت 12،000 تن در سال اخذ شد و در سال 1368 این واحد در شهر صنعتی ليا قزوين در زمينی به مساحت 40 هزار متر مربع راه اندازی گردید.
• در آبان ماه سال 1368 سديم لوريل اتر سولفات (بهداپون) ماده اوليه شامپوها برای اولين بار در ايران و اسيد سولفونيك ماده اوليه شوينده ها تولید گردید.
• در سال 1371 تجهيز واحد طراحی، مهندسی و ماشين سازی به بهره برداری رسید.
• در سال 1372 واحد صابون سنتتیک (Detergent Bar) به ظرفیت 10،000 تن در سال تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1372 طراحي و ساخت يك واحد سولفوناسيون به ظرفيت 15،000 تن در سال به انجام رسيد و در سال 1374 به بهره برداری رسید.
• در سال 1382 كارخانه جديد اولئوكميكال تاسيس شد.
• در سال 1383 واحد صابون چرب به ظرفیت 18،000 تن در سال تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1387 واحد تولید ازت تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1387 واحد اتوکسیلاسیون به ظرفیت 5،000 تن در سال تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1388 واحد حرارتی (کوره) سدیم سیلیکات به ظرفیت 40،000 تن در سال تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1389 تاسیس کارخانه پودر به ظرفیت 120،000 تن در سال انجام شد.
• در سال 1389 کارخانه سیلیکات به روش اتوکلاو به ظرفیت 40،000 تن در سال به بهره برداری رسید.
• در سال 1389 کارخانه زئولایت A4 به ظرفیت 40،000 تن در سال تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1389 واحد اسپری درایر به ظرفیت 150،000 تن در سال تاسیس شد.
• در سال 1391 واحد صابون بچه به ظرفیت 6،000 تن در سال به بهره برداری رسید.
• در سال 1393 شرکت هنکل آلمان آمادگی خود را جهت خرید کارخانه های تولید کننده محصولات شوینده و آرایشی و بهداشتی تاژ و صاف اعلام کرد.
• در سال 1395 فروش کارخانه های گروه مهد تاژ و صاف به صورت سرمایه گذاری خارجی انجام شد و منابع ارزی قابل توجهی وارد نظام بانکی کشور گردید.

شرکت بهداش از سال 1395 به بعد، اقدام به سرمایه گذاری و گسترش حوزه فعالیت خود در عرصه صنایع بالادستی نمود و در حال حاضر تولید کننده مواد اولیه و واسطه ای صنایع شوینده، آرایشی و بهداشتی، فولاد، کاشی و سرامیک، پتروشیمی، نفت و گاز است که با بیش از 250 هزار تن تولید سالانه محصول، حدود 20 هزارتن صادرات مواد اولیه صنایع شیمیایی تامین سهمی معادل 60 درصد بازارهای داخلی و 40 درصد صادرات به بازارهای هدف خارجی را بر عهده دارد.
