Ausgangsmaterial
für alle Legierungen sind Rohmetalle wie Kupfer, Nickel, Kobalt, Chrom,
Beryllium, Zirkon usw.. Diese Metalle werden gewichtsmässig vorbereitet
und in den Tiegel des Vakuum-Ofens eingefüllt. Das Nachchargieren
während des Schmelzvorgangs erfolgt über eine Schleusenkammer. Nach
abgeschlossenem Schmelzvorgang wird die Legierung unter Vakuum in eine
oder mehrere Kokillen abgegossen.
Dank
diesem Verfahren, unter völligem Luftabschluss, wird eine sehr hohe
Reinheit und Qualität der Legierung erzielt. Alle negativen
Umwelteinflüsse sind ausgeschlossen.
Über
Partnerunternehmen erfolgt durch Schmieden, Walzen, Pressen und Ziehen
die Umformung der Gussblöcke in Halbzeuge. Anschliessend werden die
Halbzeuge wärmebehandelt.
Dadurch erreichen wir die kundenspezifischen Eigenschaften der Werkstoffe wie Härte, Wärme- und elektrische Leitfähigkeit.
