Today the Walter Widmann GmbH now already is an exempt private company in that 3. Generation.
Our grandfather, Walter Widmann created that enterprise at the beginning of the thirties metalworking at that time.
In the fifties the core business producing by lathe was main, from bearing bushes and similar parts.
But in the beginning of the sixties the first experiences in the plastic injection molding technology were already gained on the legendary ARBURG C4B machines.
With the rapidly progressing development of the plastics engineering, also our enterprise grew up to a competent supplier of technical plastic parts.
A milestone was the development and patenting of our wire feeding units end of the sixties. With this technology completely new fields, which constitute the most important support leg of our enterprise up to the today's day, opened.
The wire feeding units are adapted constantly to most modern machine engineering. Together with our tool technology individual bending, coining/shaping and a moldong-in of wires in one single processing step is possible.
A philosophy of our enterprise is to attain a maximum of quality and customer satisfaction by continuous improvement of all our processes.
We are certified according to DIN ISO EN 9001/2000.
A guarantor for competence and know-how are our coworkers. Some of them accompany us already over decades and did also their training with us.

Seit über 20 Jahren fertigt EMK für Kunden in ganz Europa Kunstoffteile - vom Musterexemplar bis zur Großserienproduktion. Zur Anwendung kommen – je nach gewünschtem Produkt – individuell angepasste Spritzguss-, Tiefzieh- und Blasverfahren. So können auch aufwändige Formen mit einer breiten Palette an Materialien von EMK realisiert werden.
