تاریخ دیک و ووس
دیک و ووس بیش از یک قرن قدمت دارند. در سال 1903 ، این کارتر و تاجر ذغال سنگ آنتون دیک بودند که پایه و اساس شرکت امروز را پایه گذاری کردند. پس از درگذشت بنیانگذار ، این شرکت توسط پسران وی الکس و فرانتس اداره می شد. کاهش تجارت زغال سنگ سرانجام منجر به اضافه شدن شعبه تجاری "مصالح ساختمانی و حمل و نقل" در سال 1962 شد.
فرانز دیکر در سال ۱۹۷۱ درگذشت و این شرکت به نسل بعدی منتقل شد: پسران فرانز-جوزف دیکر و هاینریش ووس مدیریت این شرکت را به دست گرفتند. به دلیل توسعه مداوم ، موقعیت اصلی خیلی کوچک شد. این شرکت به پارک صنعتی Gescher-Nord نقل مکان کرد.
