SCHWING ist bereits seit 1979 in dem Bereich Verfahrenstechnik tätig. Dazu gehört nicht nur die Wirbelbett-Technik zur Reinigung, Entlackung und Wärmebehandlung sondern auch der Verkauf und Service von Geräten der Prozess-Messtechnik und Analysetechnik.
Ein bis heute erfolgreicher Schritt war die Einführung des Coriolis-Massedurchflussmessers im Bereich der Mess- und Regeltechnik durch die Firma Schwing in Europa. Seit dieser Zeit ist Schwing Verfahrenstechnik erfolgreich auf dem Gebiet der Massedurchflussmessung.
