Excellent in processing stainless steel

Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.

If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

Due to the many possible uses of stainless steel and our knowledge of the diverse processing options, we are also represented in the field of interior and garden design.

IED wurde im Jahre 1987 gegründet mit dem Ziel, mit Ausrüstungen und Know-How für Kläranlagen und Wasserwerken zu handeln, sie zu importieren und zu exportieren.
Anfangs lag unser Schwerpunkt vor allem auf dem Export von Anlagen in die Türkei, wohin bereits vorher gute Kontakte bestanden. Diese umfassten auch verfahrenstechnische Anlagen für die Chemieindustrie.
Mitte der neunziger Jahre verlagerte sich das Geschäft mehr in Richtung Deutschland. Das Interesse wuchs auf dem inländischen Markt für ein Produkt unseres finnischen Partners DWT, den Kunststoffkettenräumer (Bandräumer).
Auf der IFAT 1996 begannen wir mit der Vermarktung dieses Räumers, und ab 1997 lieferten wir erste eigene DEWA® Räumer in den deutschen Markt.
Die DEWA® Räumer wurden eine Erfolgsgeschichte, und wir können heute auf sehr viele zufriedene Kunden in ganz Deutschland stolz sein.
Parallel zu den Kunststoffkettenräumern nahmen wir auch Brückenräumer und andere Klärwerksausrüstungen ins Programm, mit denen wir deutsche Endkunden und Anlagenbauer beliefern.

We design, install and test:

• Plants for the treatment and decontamination of excavated materials and recycled aggregates
• Treatment and recovery plants for contaminated and non-contaminated sludge
• Industrial water treatment and purification plants

Our goal is to find practical solutions for customers. We study procedural solutions and provide advice on already installed systems.
It is our primary concern that our customers can work efficiently and that the plants we deal with generate adequate income.
