Gegründet wurde die Firma EMKA GmbH im Jahr 1978 durch Kurt Metz.
Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Handel mit neuen und neuwertig gebrauchten Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen, sowie der Absaugtechnik, Verpackungsmaschinen und Sondermaschinen.
Die Firma EMKA arbeitet mit vielen namhaften Herstellern zusammen und ist zuverlässiger Partner rund um die Holzbearbeitung.

Seit der Gründung im Jahre 1925 ist PAUL Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG weltweit führender Hersteller von Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen und Maschinen zur Herstellung von Spannbeton.
