• Wir entwickeln Gummi-Formartikel aus Metallformen mit einer Größe bis zu 1000 x 2000 mm.
• Wir haben unseren eigenen Formenbau.
• Wir fertigen Gummi-Freihandartikel in Handkonfektion, d.h. Produktion von Gummiteilen in besonderen Abmessungen, als Einzelteil bis ca. 1500 mm Durchmesser und bis zu 3500 mm Länge (größer auf Anfrage).
• Wir vulkanisieren im eigenen Autoklaven durch Dampf- oder Heißluftvulkanisation oder mit anderen werkstoffspezifischen Verfahren.
• Wir produzieren alle Artikel auf Wunsch auch in kleinen Stückzahlen.

Founded in January 2001, Shanghai Lin Zhi Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. covers an area of over 8000 square meters with floor space of more than 6000 square meters. Our main rubber products are fitness machine parts which are mainly supplied to Technogym S.p.A. and Johnson Health Tech. Co., Ltd. Our product range covers automobile parts, marine parts, decorative inserts, rubber materials for fitness machine, silicone rubber, all kinds of oil seals, engineering rubber materials and rubber parts, as well as rubber products for other industries. After years of continuous progress and improvement, 90% of our products are exported to foreign countries as major suppliers for international famous brands.
