Hengstebeck & Eich Maschinenbau lieferte in über 3 Jahrzehnten seit der Firmengründung mehr als 7500 unterschiedliche Maschinen, Anlagen und Bearbeitungssysteme, darunter hydraulische Pressen, hydraulische Scheren oder hydraulische Stanzen.
In der Konstruktion werden im Vorfeld durch computer-gestützte Berechnungen, Anwendungen der “Finite-Elemente-Methode” (FEM) und durch 3D-Simulationen Paßgenauigkeiten sowie Stabilitätssicherheiten gewährleistet.
Die Qualität der Produktion wird durch hochwertige Werk-zeugmaschinen und CNC-Anlagen sichergestellt.
Durch Präzisions-Fertigungsverfahren von bis zu 0,5 µ, 3-D-Messverfahren und fortlaufende Produktionskontrollen erzielt H&E die Genauigkeit, die im Maschinenbau verlangt wird.

We have an extensive machinery park, which includes: 50 eccentric presses with a capacity from 25T to 320T Two pressing lines with a feeding arm:7 x 160T and 6 x 160T 200T hydraulic press
We also offer secondary assembly of stampings and other components according to customer needs, including:
