Wir haben derzeit ca.
40 Mitarbeiter, fertigen und montieren unsere Produkte mit eigenem
Personal. Unser Hauptgebiet liegt in der Planung, Herstellung und
Montage von Leichtmetallglasfassaden, Aluminiumfenstern und Türen,
Brandschutztüren in Stahl oder Aluminium, sämtliche Fenster und
Türarbeiten (auch für Innentrennwände) Blechkantteile und Fassaden.
Wir sind in der Lage, Aufträge von einzelnen
Fenstern bis zu größeren Objekten mit Auftragssummen von bis zu 2 Mio
Euro, termingerecht und qualitativ hochwertig, zu attraktiven Preisen
abzuwickeln.
Zur Planung stehen uns drei CAD-Anlagen (2D+3D) zur
Verfügung. Ein modernst eingerichteter Maschinenpark in einer neuen
Halle helfen uns, Aufträge sauber und einwandfrei abzuwickeln.

Der Zuschnitt verschiedenster Blechformate erfolgt über Hochleistungslaser, wobei Maßgenauigkeit und höchste Schnittqualität an erster Stelle stehen. Durch persönliches Engagement, Kreativität und Leistungsbewusstsein ist eine qualitätsorientierte Auftragsabwicklung gewährleistet.

Since it’s start up in 1992, Wirth GmbH has been specialising in the development, production and sales of vacuum-based lifting equipment and installation systems for construction sites and industrial applications.
Today, our OKTOPUS® brand name is synonymous with energy autarkic vacuum lifting equipment for installing large-format roofing, wall, ceiling and façade panels made of sandwich, profiled sheeting and glass.
Our business also focuses on the production of edge profiles and light-weight steel sections for industrial and commercial construction, machine construction and utility and speciality vehicle manufacturing.
Our product spectrum includes not only load-bearing crossbars and purlins up to 4 mm in material thickness, but also high-precision body sheet metal up to 12,000 mm in length for buses and, of course, customised special sections made of galvanised and laminated steel, aluminium and stainless steel. We also offer treatments such as boring, stamping, nibbling, grooving, welding, lasers and powder-coating.
The quality management system at Wirth GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.

"LaserRus" est une entreprise d'une surface de production de 2 500 mètres carrés, spécialisée dans le traitement de tôles et de tubes métalliques laminés à partir d'acier de construction, d'aciers alliés, de métaux non ferreux, par découpe laser, pliage, peinture et soudage des matériaux susmentionnés.
