High purity soft solder bismuth-tin alloys eutectic melting point 138 centigrade
The eutectic composition Bi(58)Sn(42) is insertable for soldering temperature-sensitive electronic components. Due to his low melting point it`s possible to operate at low soldering temperatures. Possible fields of application are special requirements in semiconductor assembly and high frequency technology or as fusible safety devices. PFARR offers this soldering composition for high quality applications in customised dimensions with close tolerances. The special adjusted production process allows manufacturing of accurate preforms, ribbons, foils and spheres.

Ce que Günther Früchtl a fondé en 1972 dans le proverbial garage s'est développé jusqu'à aujourd'hui sous l'égide du groupe STAINLESS pour devenir un distributeur d'acier inoxydable hautement spécialisé et apprécié au niveau national et international. Früchtl s'est établi dès le début comme spécialiste de l'acier inoxydable en Allemagne et est un partenaire compétent et expérimenté pour les applications centrées sur les solutions.
Après sa création, l'objectif de l'entreprise évolue rapidement vers les tôles en acier inoxydable et les produits semi-finis. En 1975, Heinrich Breuning apporte l'expertise nécessaire à l'orientation vers la distribution. Plus tard, deux autres personnes marquantes le rejoignent, Heinz Hartmann ainsi que Dagmar Zenner, qui deviendra plus tard directrice de l'entreprise pendant de nombreuses années.
Les responsables reconnaissent cependant rapidement que les offres standard dans le domaine de l'acier inoxydable ne permettent pas de gagner des parts de marché face aux grands acteurs établis. C'est ainsi que la spécialisation et le conseil deviennent très tôt notre credo. C'est ce que reconnaît également un leader mondial voisin dans le domaine de la pneumatique, qui recherche certes des dimensions standard en termes de longueur et de diamètre pour les tiges de piston de ses produits, mais qui a des exigences de qualité très élevées en termes d'état de surface, qui vont bien au-delà des normes habituelles du marché. Comme Früchtl peut fournir cette qualité exceptionnelle, c'est le début, au début des années 1980, d'une profonde collaboration qui se poursuit encore aujourd'hui. La croissance stable qui en découle peut être caractérisée par ces mots en souriant : Si ça fait 'pfftt' quelque part, c'est très probablement Früchtl qui s'y trouve.
La spécialisation s'est poursuivie en 1989, juste après la chute du mur. Grâce à des contacts précoces avec un combinat et quelques petites entreprises fabriquant des produits médicaux, Früchtl fournit les aciers inoxydables nécessaires. Plus tard, lorsque Boschgotthardshütte (BGH) reprend le combinat de la Treuhand, nous sommes en mesure d'approvisionner l'ensemble du marché médical. C'est à cette époque que nous avons commencé à nous concentrer sur le secteur médical, qui représente aujourd'hui encore environ la moitié de notre chiffre d'affaires annuel d'environ 12 millions d'euros.
