As a developer and manufacturer of welding and spraying consumables in the form of cored wires, welded wear plates and powder metallurgy sintering bands, we are available to customers as a direct point of contact for advice and execution. One of our core areas of expertise lies in developing materials to provide an individual and sustainable solution to various wear and corrosion problems.
In the field of powder metallurgy sintering bands production, we are considered the sole producer thanks to the optimisation of our own technology and production method in our in-house development department. Our customers not only benefit from lower production costs but also have the opportunity to task us with the rapid production of small quantities or trial batches of specially adapted alloy sintering bands.
To solve diverse wear issues, we provide our customers with the correct choice of complementary products and services from individual offers to complete solutions. With expert technical advice, innovative research and development, as well as customised materials production, we provide a variety of possibilities to make their wishes a reality.
In addition to the continuous development of our products and services, we cooperate with other companies in the research group "Thale PM" as the regional growth centre for new technologies, products and jobs. We know what we do! Our team has decades of experience in laser material processing. We have already brought hundreds of processes into serial production, with our specialty in laser plastics welding. We use the latest technology in our own technical center to define new boundaries together with you.
We are experts! Our team has already implemented both stand-alone machines as well as complex integrated solutions. In addition to excellent engineering we also take over the complete project management and would also integrate other suppliers upon request.
