Ruberg-Mischtechnik existe depuis plus de 35 ans en tant qu'entreprise de fabrication de machines de préparation de produits dispersés à l'état sec, humide et en suspension.
Avec ses sociétés sœurs CleverCut GmbH et amixonGmbH, Ruberg-Mischtechnik fabrique des mélangeurs de précision, des sécheurs, des granulateurs et des réacteurs de synthèse qui sont utilisés dans presque tous les domaines de la modification et de l'amélioration des substances, en particulier dans l'industrie chimique, l'industrie alimentaire et la pharmacie.
Les appareils sont basés sur nos propres brevets. En tant que fabricant à la commande, Ruberg-Mischtechnik conçoit et fabrique lui-même chaque appareil en fonction de la tâche de processus individuelle avec une grande précision de fabrication. Nos clients sont des groupes et des entreprises de taille moyenne en Europe et outre-mer.

amixon® specialises in the development and manufacturing of processing equipment for the processing industry. One focus of the amixon® product range is on sterile equipment which fulfils even the highest requirements in terms of hygiene. Continual innovations such as mixing devices and discharge processes for complete discharge have enabled amixon® to make further improvements in productivity and the hygiene standards of the process equipment. Many detailed solutions are protected by patent.
The individual fabricated powder mixers, paste mixers, vacuum dryers, reactors, cone mixers, single-shaft mixers, twin-shaft mixers, vacuum mixers and container mixers find application in many different branches.
All components of the amixon®-mixers are made in Germany. The production of the machines takes place exclusively in the amixon®-factory in Paderborn, Germany.
Room for pioneers
We would be very happy to carry out pilots of your new products and procedures under development and invite you to view demonstrations in our factory laboratories in Paderborn, Memphis TN, USA or Osaka, Japan. The processes are demonstrated with your original products, the results interpreted and transferred to the parameters that you choose. This excludes risks associated with technical aspects of the process. Your investment is based on solid foundations.

As a medium-sized company, Zettl provides outstanding, bespoke engineering solutions for machines and systems in mechanical and thermal processing technology. Collaborating with highly skilled and innovative partners for prestigious customers, Zettl has been excelling for sixty years now. Our core products include paddle dryers, mixers, granulators and processing plants.
In addition to our headquarters in Munich, another branch was opened last year in Berga, central Germany. This new centre of excellence specialises in process technology and the construction of filter dryers, agitated nutsche filters and drum dryers.
Due to our excellent reputation we have attracted the experienced former employees of ‘DVA- Deutsche Vacuumapparate Holland-Merten GmbH’ thereby preserving the expertise of this company which has made a name for itself over the last eighty years. Specialising in the field of mechanical engineering, in particular paddle dryers, filter dryers and drum dryers, we are very proud to be able to add this know-how to our portfolio.
