In May 1995, TELEMESS, Telemetrie und Messtechnik GmbH (telemetry and measuring technology corporation) was founded by employees of Dornier GmbH who worked in the "industrial system technology" business. The activities from this business were assumed by the TELEMESS GmbH and still continue successfully to this day:

• Electronics development (hardware and software)

We are Authorized Distributor for Abracon and Mercury. Additionally, we supply electronic components from various other brands to meet diverse industry needs.

Beyond standard: Our mission is to make the product you have dreamed of. We are fluid control specialists. Come to us with your problem, let it be in agriculture or in special medical applications. We listen to you and find the right solution. Whether tailoring one of our existing products to your need or design to your specifications, we will build with you the solution. A large engineering team is supported by nearly 200 people specialized in fluid control. If required, we can add sensors, control and motion control actuators to the project based on internal competences in the group.
We make the most sophisticated proportional solenoid valves, the most accurate dosing valves for agriculture or control manifolds with sensors, valves and electronics. All our production facilities are certified ISO 9001

LEJ is your provider of high-performance Illumination as well as Power Electronic solutions in the fields of Microscopy, Analytics, Medical Technology, Semiconductor and Industry.
Besides its comprehensive portfolio of brand products LEJ offers the highest degree of flexibility and speed to bring customer-/application-specific products to the market. World-known OEMs count on LEJ as their system provider for e.g. laser and system power supplies, LED high performance controller as well as their partner for contract assembly of complex opto-mechanical and opto-electronical sub-assemblies and systems.
With LUXYR and AMPYR LEJ markets two proprietary-developed lines of standard products, utilized specifically in microscopy applications. Especially in demanding Fluorescence, but also in routine Transmitted and Reflected Light microscopy applications the Xenon, Mercury and (multi-channel) LED light sources are employed worldwide.
The entire range of brand products can be customized according to customers and applications. By providing a modular design as well as an intelligent roadmap-based development platform, LEJ allows such customization to be conducted in a very short time (time-to-market) and at reasonable costs.
LEJ supports OEM customers with in-depth know-how in dimensioning Lamp-, LED- and (increasingly) Laser-powered Illumination Systems. LEJ is in the unique position to advise customers independent from the light sources, thus being able to develop and manufacture hybrid / multi-modal Illumination Solutions. In the field of Power Electronics customers benefit from durable, productive, long term available solutions that, at the same time, deliver reproducible and quantifiable results.
Leistungselektronik JENA GmbH (LEJ) was founded as a spin-off creation of the research center of Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH in December 1991. The company is fully integrated with a strong focus on core technology competencies, all manufacturing facilities are DIN ISO 9001 certified to ensure an invariably high standard of quality and reliability of our products.
