MIASA is a die casting and high precision machining group with facilities in Spain, USA and China. Our product spectrum includes:
-Shifting forks (core business)
-Transmission shafts
-High pressure Aluminium Casting parts (e.g. oil pump housings)
MIASA has full development capabilities, from CAD, FEA or mold filling analysis, to the validation of our products.
Our testing capabilities include a dynamic testing rig, leakage test and wear resistance.
In addition to 100% automatic verification of the production, we have resources for checking our products in our fully equipped laboratory:
-X-Ray
-Mass Spectrometer
-3D measuring machines (CMM)
