当時の American Louver Continental GmbHは、アメリカ企業の子会社として設立され、照明・天井ルーバーの分野で最初の企業のひとつとなりました。
1983年からは、以下の名称で運営されています。 ALC-Louver GmbHバイエルン州アシャッフェンブルクに本社を置く。当初は純粋な輸入ビジネスであったが、次第に他の自社製品もポートフォリオに加わっていった。イノベーション、最高の技術ノウハウ、生産の柔軟性により、ALC-Louver GmbH は過去 55 年間にわたり、照明および天井ルーバーの分野におけるリーディングカンパニーの 1 つとなっています。
2018.01.01に本社をビターフェルト＝ヴォルフェン（ザクセン＝アンハルト州）に移転し、同社の歴史に新たな1ページが始まりました。移転先でもAschaffenburgのノウハウが生かされており、移転はほとんど気づかれることなく終わった。
ALC光天井ルーバーの可能な用途は多岐にわたります。照明器具や天井ルーバーは、ストリップ照明、天井全体の照明、埋め込み型や表面実装型の照明器具のカバーなど、部屋を機能的かつ装飾的にデザインするためのさまざまな可能性を提供するものです。
ルーバーパネルは、トラック、カセット、シームレスシステムで裸天井から吊るすことができ、アンチグレアアングルにより裸天井に取り付けられたケーブルシステムを効果的に隠すことができます。

As part of ongoing product development, in 2003 Evergrip brought its manufacturing skills and knowledge to a design requirement for a new railway platform decking system, again made from composite materials. Working closely with Network Rail, this exciting design is now tested, approved and in service and is set to bring about a revolution in platform surfacing solutions. Our newest development, now in progress, is the remodelling of the existing wooden trestle platform substructure in GRP.
Evergrip is now firmly established within the UK and Europe as a leading supplier to many better known distribution and inventory management organisations, selling the success of our high quality products into many varied market sectors; from manufacturing & industrial plants, to local government and infrastructure projects. We have enjoyed a consistent growth in sales since the company’s formation and as a result have been able to sustain and grow our dedicated team of staff here in Selby.
