Querteilscheren sind spezialisierte Maschinen in der Bandverarbeitung, die kontinuierlich ablaufendes Coilmaterial präzise auf definierte Längen zuschneiden. Sie bilden das Herzstück jeder Querteilanlage und sorgen dafür, dass aus einem endlosen Band exakt zugeschnittene Blechtafeln entstehen – maßhaltig, gratfrei und materialschonend. Je nach Material, Banddicke, Schnittlänge und Produktionsgeschwindigkeit kommen unterschiedliche Scherentypen zum Einsatz, z. B. Fliegende Scheren, Rotorscheren oder Exzenterscheren.
Die HPL Neugnadenfelder Maschinenfabrik entwickelt und fertigt leistungsstarke Querteilscheren, die in Bezug auf Präzision, Robustheit und Anpassungsfähigkeit Maßstäbe setzen. Ob Aluminium, Edelstahl oder hochfeste Stähle – HPL passt jede Querteilschere exakt an das Material, die Liniengeschwindigkeit und die Qualitätsanforderungen des Kunden an.
