For over 40 years we manufacture high-precision components and prototypes as single parts and small series as well as dies, matrices, and gages or fully assembled devices, like bonding tools or apparatus, for our international customers from a wide variety of industries – from automotive, over energy and aerospace to pharma.
Our state-of-the-art machine pool, which covers nearly every metal cutting process and our team consisting of long-standing skilled craftsman enables us to manufacture complex components with high quality and precision, in a short time.
As family run medium-sized company with flat hierarchies and short decision routes combined with a high production depth, we provide maximum flexibility and response capacity to our customers.
Common types of steel and aluminum are always in stock to cover immediate needs.
Our capability ranges from manufacturing complete assemblies & tools to prototypes, single parts or small batches according to customer specifications. Thereby we cover most machining processes in house and ensure high quality and delivery reliability this way.

• Sawing: raw material up to Ø430 mm

• Turning: max. distance between centers: 1,500 mm, max. height of centers 650 mm

• Milling: 5-axis simultaneous, max. machining zone 1,000 x 1,250 x 1,000 mm

• Cylindrical Grinding: internal, external, plane, profiles, fits and cones, max. distance between centers: 1.600 mm

• Flat Grinding: grooves, profiles, chamfers or flat. Max. grinding length: 1,500 mm / diameter Ø800 mm

• Lapping, Barrel Finishing & Polishing, Blast Cleaning

• Sink Eroding: complex geometries, splines, grooves, threads and fits. Max. machining zone: 900 x 700 x 450 mm

• EDM Wire Cutting: high-precision cut contours, gages & splines. Max. machining zone: 500 x 350 x 256 mm, Inclination up to 30°

• Lasermarking: max. machining zone 300 x 300 x 500 mm

• Measuring: dimensions, form & position, gears & splines on coordinate measuring machine, surfaces, contours and angles on conturograph. Material analysis on spark spectrometer.
