The safety
pressure limiter is a safety switching device for limiting the pressure in
accordance with EN12263.
The
electronic safety pressure DB-1000/2 is the combination of a pressure limiter
(PZH) and a safety pressure limiter (PZHH) that are located in a common housing
and thereby operate independently.
Pressure
limiter (PZH) and safety pressure limiter (PZHH) monitor each set pressure
threshold. When exceeding the respective output relay is deactivated and a
signal LED flashes.
The reset
of PZH is carried out by a pushbutton on the housing. The PZHH can only be
reset by a button after removing the cover. The pressure cells of the PZH and
PZHH be dimensioned and costumized depending on the application.

limiter for subcritical and transcritical applications
Nominal
pressure: allowed to 500bar, pressure thresholds adjusted as needed
Pressure
sensors: stainless steel membrane, overload-proof up to 2 x nominal pressure,
burst pressure is 2.5 times the nominal pressure
The safety
pressure limiter (Presostat) is suitable for use in conjunction with all refrigerants of the media groups 1
and 2 and according to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EG
