Polfelt is a manufacturer of needled nonwovens, trimmings and components used for the production of mattresses and upholstered furniture. Our products are used in the furniture, upholstery, automotive, construction, filtration, clothing and gardening industries.
We offer:

• white needle-punched nonwoven fabrics made of polyester, viscose fibres
• needle-punched nonwoven fabrics produced from multicolour synthetic garneted stock (hard felt – thermo bonded, soft felt)
• smooth needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, calendered on one or both sides
• bands made of polypropylene fabrics of spunbond type (texfil)
• knitted bands (velour, charmeuse, chiffon), cotton, polyester and many other types of bands
• components used in the production of mattresses and upholstered furniture, e.g. pocket springs, coconut mats, latex foams, fluffy nonwoven fabrics, zippers, zipper tapes, and zips.
