내용보기 Established in 2007, we at Nhat Xinh Co. Ltd produce kitchenware in different types of natural materials. We export almost 90 percent of turnout. Nearly 75 percent of our shipments are exported to France, Germany and Italy. And the rest goes to Canada.
OEM orders account for 80 percent of our total exports. And ODM contracts take up the rest. Our product range is composed of food storage containers, including fruit baskets and condiment holders. Kitchen accessories such as cutting boards and spatulas are also offered. Prices range from $0.50 to $25, depending on the size and design complexity. The low end includes small fruit baskets measuring up to 10 x 18cm. The high end consists of three-piece food basket sets with cotton lining. Models are made of water hyacinth, banana fiber and palm leaves from the provinces of Dong Thap, Tien Giang and Vinh Long. Bamboo and rattan are sourced from Hanoi, Thai Binh and Ninh Binh.
Up to 50 new models arelaunched every year. Sampling time is generally from five to 15 days, depending on the size of the prototype. We operate a 1,000sqm factory in Binh Dinh province, which is 649km away from our head office in Ho Chi Minh City. As most models are produced by hand, only small tools are used. These include planers, shapers and grinders purchased from domestic vendors.
Nhat Xinh has a permanent workforce of 10 personnel. We use the services of up to 200 part timers during peak months, which are generally from September to December. QC is carried out by two inspectors. Raw materials, drying, framing, polishing and finishing are examined, in addition to the final products.
We have a monthly capacity of 150,000 pieces. We currently produce 45,000 pieces every month, on average. The minimum order requirement is one TEU. Orders are usually delivered within 45 days.
