protection solutions that meet the expectations of our customers, in 2011 we continue improving the production process.
In 2010 we introduced new anti – corrosion solutions for SILVER and PLATINIUM, series. The previous coverage has received

We know our customers want our products to be compliant with current standards, corrosion resistant and easily installable.
Therefore all our solutions meet those expectations. Additionally our team of consultants offers assistance in designing lightning
protection systems, and our production department is ready to manufacture unusual components.
As the only polish company in the field of lightning protection we have decided to maintain a standard to apply 12 μm thick
galvanic coating and yellow chromating. Electrogalvanised components are fabricated according to the standard pn-en
12329:2002 (corrosion protection of metals. Electrodeposited coatings of zinc with supplementary treatment on iron or steel).
Parameter correctness of the coatings on our products is supervised by the personnel of the galvanising plant where the latest
state-of-the-art methods and third-generation chemical agents are used to ensure the highest anticorrosion properties. We
also apply an additional sealing in the form of an exceptionally corrosion resistant organic polymer film to a galvanic coating (fe/
zn12/c/t2 according to the standard pn-en 1403:2002).
We galvanise all components – even screws and nuts – by ourselves. Hot-dip galvanised steel components fulfil the requirements
of the standard pn-en iso 1461:2000 (hot-dip galvanised coatings on fabricated iron and steel articles. Specifications and test
methods) and pn-en 13811:2005 (sherardizing. Zinc diffusion coatings on ferrous products. Specification; this applies to small
components). We use only proven quality certified materials. Our products were positively tested in a salt spray chamber proving

anticorrosion warranty for our products.
The company A.H. Hardt sp.j. Offers over 1000 variations of electrogalvanised, hot-dip galvanised, copper and brass
lightning protection components. On request we produce stainless steel components. We can also sherardise some of the
components.
All our products are fabricated with the use of instruments thus being repeatable. In compliance with the iso 9001:2000 procedures
we issue certificates of conformity, and according to the “b” sign certificate we can issue certificates of quality.
The company protects its solutions by means of patenting utility models with the patent office of the republic of poland. Having
registered 24 utility models we are the leader in the industry. In order to protect our customers from purchasing counterfeit
merchandise we mark our components with the company’s logo. Additionally our products have barcodes (ean13).
Our research and development department ensures not only that the offered components satisfy our standards, but also that
they comply with existing regulations and customers’ demands. The offered solutions are easily installable since they require the
use of only one type of spanner. The proper selection of dimensions of the products allows for sufficiently strong connections.
