금속 조각을 돌리다 Z.O.는 2006년에 장기 이사 사장인 요아힘 세트니크가 세인트 비보진에서 설립했다. 현재 그제고르즈 도뷔냐크 씨가 총지배인의 직무를 수행하고 있다. 도브냐크 씨는 생산 회사를 경영하는 데 풍부한 경험을 가지고 있다. 그 젊고 번창하는 회사는 현재 150명 이상의 우수한 직원을 거느리고 있으며, 5,000평방미터의 면적을 차지하고 있다.
처음에 로토메탈은 외부 서비스 제공업체와 협력했고, 대형 및 유명 기업들을 지원하는 계약 제조업체로서 역할을 했다.

2008년 10월 1일, 로토메탈은 덴마크에 있는 인쇄와 라벨 업계의 선두 공구 제조업체 중 하나인 게르하르트와 협력하기 시작했다. 그 당시 마그네틱, 인쇄, 인형 드럼과 같은 우리의 도구들은 거하드에 의해 전 세계적으로 유통되었다.

H. Joachim Settnik은 성공적인 성장을 위해 투자자를 확보하는 데 성공했다. 2017년 4월 25일자로 로토메탈 소유자의 지분 대부분은 하일랜더 파트너스에 매각되었다. 사업 합병은 향후 회사를 더욱 발전시키고 성장시킬 수 있다.

Established in 1986, Tramec started as a manufacturer of bevel helical gearboxes, parallel shaft gearboxes, shaft-mounted gearboxes and right angle gearboxes. Through the years, the product range has been widened to include new and updated product lines i.e. planetary gearboxes and worm gearboxes.

Gleitlager, Navy-Getriebe und Kupplungen ist das Unternehmen

Schiffsgetriebe für Tanker, Container schiffe etc., Turbogetriebe für
Industrieanlagen und Getriebe für 5- bzw. 6-MW-Offshore-WEA.
