4. The Polishing Machines
panther 3 is specially designed to high polish ceramics and titan.
With up to 6 CNC axes and a push rod tool we can grant a optimal seat of tool on all points, even with spheres and overlapping shapes.

These machines are supplied to producers of holloware, kitchen utensils, sanitary fittings, builders hardware and lamp parts as well as the automotive and gift industry worldwide.
The attempt to lower production costs has lead to the development of our patented high velocity spray guns.
Nowadays more than 30.000 guns are in use worldwide and almost all leading manufacturers of polishing machines equip their machines with our high velocity spray guns.
We also supply ultrasonic cleaning systems and special purpose machines which are designed individually to fit the requirements of the customers.

내용보기 BREUER is a powerfull mid-size company looking back on more that 80 years of history. Since 50 years we focus on surface processing of coils.
The company was found 1928 in Solingen, a city which is world famous for knives, blades and scissors and which has formed the quality attribute “Made in Solingen”. In the beginning Mr. F. Wilhelm Breuer was manufacturing machines for producing razor blades like stamping machines, decoiler and grinding machines. Due to the increasing surface demands a special machine to remove scale and annealing colors from hardening and tempering has been developed. This machine was working with rotating steel wire brushes and a rough polishing paste. The foundation was laid for the first buffing machine, and cold rolling industry took notice of it.
This type of machine was quite successful and the working width was increasing from 50 mm to 400 mm. From the 50ties on Breuer only concentrated on machines for surface treatment and the divison “razor blades” was sold to another company in Solingen. In 1954 Europe´s first beltgrinding machine for cold rolled strips was sold and from that time coil buffing machines and coil grinding machines were the key products for Breuer.
Today the scope of supply covers beltgrinding machines, polishing and buffing machines, brushing machines as well as degreasing machines for the cold rolling industry. We are ranking with the world leading manufacturers for these special machines. Over 200 machines and lines have been installed worldwide.
