In het begin werkte Rotometal met externe dienstverleners en ondersteunde grote en bekende bedrijven als contractfabrikant.
De volgende diensten werden geleverd:
CNC-draaien, CNC-frezen en slijpen op ultramoderne CNC-bewerkingsmachines. Om aan de behoeften van zijn klanten te voldoen, breidde het bedrijf later zijn dienstenpakket uit met de productie van tandwielen en de warmtebehandeling van materialen.
Vanaf 1 oktober 2008 is Rotometal gaan samenwerken met Gerhardt, een van de marktleidende gereedschapfabrikanten voor de druk- en etikettenindustrie, gevestigd in Denemarken. Destijds werden onze gereedschappen, zoals magneet-, druk- en afdrukcilinders, wereldwijd door Gerhardt gedistribueerd.
Aangezien deze gereedschappen met de hoogste precisie moeten worden vervaardigd, hechten wij veel belang aan zorgvuldigheid en nauwkeurigheid bij het uitvoeren van opdrachten. Aan deze hoge eisen kan alleen worden voldaan met de nieuwste CNC-gestuurde bewerkingsmachines en goed opgeleide medewerkers.
Dankzij een perfect gecoördineerde werkorganisatie en -planning en een 3-ploegendienst kunnen wij snel reageren op de eisen van de klant.
