CASIL Semiconductor Ltd. is a subsidiary of the China Aerospace International Holdings Ltd which is a listed company in Hong Kong (SEHK:0031).
Found in 1980s, CASIL is one of the earliest domestic high-tech enterprises that engages in display design, development and manufacturing in China.
Conhui(Huizhou) Semiconductor Ltd. is sole subsidiary of Casil.
We are located in China Aerospace Industrial Park of Zhong Kai Technology Zone in City of Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China.

CASIL continues optimizing interior management from product design, manufacturing, supply chain and customer service, etc. we devote a comprehensive Quality Management System to control every process, and we also continue implementing 6sigma activities for long time.
In August 1995, we have acquired ISO 9001 quality system certificate by DNV.
CASIL is one of the earliest companies to acquire ISO certification in LCD industry.
Later on, We have acquired ISO14001, IATF16949 , and ISO 9001:2015 quality system certificate by DNV successively.
We were awarded the "Excellent Supplier", "business partners" and other honorary titles from our customers.
We continue to introduce all kinds of advanced inspection and test equipment, such as SEM electronic scanning microscope, FTIR spectrograph, DMS tester, CA410 color analyzer, X-ray detector system, Ultrasonic scanning microscopy, high magnification stereoscopic microscope, and optics tester system, etc.
Using digital board system, ERP system, product traceability and FIFO system to implement paperless production management.
CASIL LCD factory owns 3 top level automatic STN LCD production lines which can produce all kind of mono LCD with minimum 0.008mm gap and up to 240 duty, and the size of mono LCD can be up to 12 inch as well.
LCM factory owns mass COG assembling centers, with several global advanced automatic COG and FOG Bonding machines, auto-polarizer attaching machines, and auto-silicon coating machines.
We have one step automatic lines, including Panasonic COG bonding machines which can bond the drive IC in X-axial and Y-axial direction at same time, AOI (bonding area inspection) and auto-silicon coating.
The sizes of our display modules are from 1.33 inch to 18 inch. Monthly capacity of COG production is more than 4KK. CASIL can also produce a variety of monochrome/colorful LCD modules, such as TN, STN, FSTN, VA,TFT,OLED module. We provide our customers the best design service and the total display solution.
TCM factory owns the whole industrial chain, which includes cover lens, glass sensor, AG/AR/AF film coating, OCA, and OCR full lamination to meet all customers’ demands.
We own CNC engraving machines, screen printing machines, strengthen ovens and polishing machines, and AG/AR/AF coating machines, etc.
We also have capabilities of producing 2D/2.5D/3D cover lens with AG/AR/AF coating treatment for industrial/ automotive products; Monthly production capacity can be up to more than 1KK .
Through development in decades, CASIL has formed a global market structure centered on Hong Kong and Huizhou, Guangdong.
Our products are exported to the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Japan, Brazil, Israel, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and many of other countries.
