It all started in 1990: Five employees exclusively dealt with the revolutionary process of Stereo Lithography (SLA) then, and some years later with the duplication process of vacuum casting. Today, we have more than 200 employees and ModellTechnik Rapid Prototyping GmbH has now established on the market as one of the leading partners and service providers in the field of product development. We customize your special wishes and requirements on a total production area of currently more than 9.000 square meters – divided into the business units Prototyping and Mold Design & Construction.
In Prototyping, we can manufacture individual parts as well as complete assembly groups - in Mold Design & Construction, we can manufacture injection-molding tools for our customers made from aluminium or steel. Gauge and jig making as well as an injection molding center round off our technology portfolio.

Our customers range from the automobile sectors, electrical industry, medical engineering, consumer goods industry up to aerospace sectors. Our expertise in the various sectors of Rapid Prototyping combined with the classic model building and mold design & construction is built on many years of experience and forms the basis for our innovative solutions to your requirements.

alpha modellbau GmbH was founded 1991. Today, our team consists of 15 employees – foremen, design-model makers and apprentices.
