Planung
Durch ganzheitliches Denken für den Veranstaltungsablauf zieht man den Kunden von Beginn an in die Planungsphase mit ein und prüft das Konzept eingehend.
Ein gutes und kreatives Bühnendesign orientiert sich bei AV-Suite an dem wirtschaftlichen Grundsatz, mit den gegebenen Mitteln ein optimales Ergebnis zu erzielen.
Durchführung
Auf Wunsch übernimmt man die gesamte Durchführung und Betreuung für die perfekte Abstimmung aller Gewerke, um die Veranstaltung ein besonderes Erlebnis werden zu lassen.
Durch ein qualifiziertes Netzwerk an Partnern und Lieferanten wird der Einsatz an technischen Mitteln nicht nach Lagerbestand, sondern ausschließlich an den Anforderungen des Kunden hinzugezogen.
