Rapp Polymere was founded in 1988 as a private company with strong connections to the University of Tuebingen. In 1993 Rapp Polymere GmbH was established.
The initial objective was to commercialize the TentaGel resins to provide the chemical community with an innovative state of the art resin for peptide and oligonucleotide synthesis. TentaGel resins were developed at the University of Tübingen and are based on a completely new concept for solid phase resins.
As a second line PEG derivatives were developed.
Meanwhile Rapp Polymere manufactures a broad spectrum of high quality resins for solid phase synthesis (SPS) and a broad range of polyethylene glycol derivatives.
Our commitment is to provide the chemical community with products on the highest quality level.
In 1991 Rapp Polymere has received the “Innovation Award” from the State of Baden Württemberg.

AGRODUR is een middelgroot familiebedrijf in de kunststofverwerkende industrie.
De naam AGRODUR is afgeleid van de combinatie van de naam van onze oprichter Alfred Grosalski en het materiaal thermoharder, dat in het begin werd verwerkt.
Sinds de oprichting in 1967 heeft AGRODUR zich ontwikkeld tot een van de toonaangevende kunststofverwerkers in Duitsland. In voertuigen of thuis - onze producten worden bijna overal gebruikt.
Met meer dan 350 medewerkers in onze vestigingen in Radevormwald, Bad Berleburg, Lützen en Hohenmölsen vervaardigen wij op een productieoppervlak van meer dan 15.000 m² technische onderdelen van vrijwel alle thermoplastische en thermohardende materialen door middel van spuitgieten en persen.
Tot onze klanten behoren bekende marktleiders uit de automobiel-, medische, sanitaire, elektrische en elektronische industrie.
Wij bieden het hele scala aan diensten van ontwikkeling en materiaalkeuze, via ontwerp, prototype- en gereedschapsbouw, tot additive manufacturing en serieproductie op ultramoderne apparatuur; ook in de clean room.
Ons machinepark bestaat uit ~ 90 Arburg spuitgietmachines in het sluitkrachtbereik tussen 15 t en 400 t (150 kN / 4000 kN), alsmede automatische persen voor thermohardende verwerking tot een sluitkracht van 600 t (6000 kN).
Bovendien beschikken we voor toepassingen in de medische technologie en andere met soortgelijke eisen over cleanrooms volgens ISO 14644 in de klassen 7 en 8.
Het AGRODUR kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem is gecertificeerd volgens IATF 16949:2016 en DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Als experts in fluorkunststoffen en hoogwaardige kunststoffen bieden we hoogwaardige virgin en gerecyclede kunststof granulaten, poeders en compounds van het merk amboflon® en andere hoogwaardige fabrikanten. Ons productgamma omvat het volledige gamma fluorothermoplasten en aanvullende hoogwaardige kunststoffen. Op maat gemaakte amboflon® kleurconcentraten voor alle aangeboden materialen ronden ons uitgebreide portfolio af.

Dankzij onze uitgebreide product- en industrie-expertise kunnen we u adviseren over het juiste materiaal voor uw toepassing. Als efficiënte en betrouwbare schakel tussen producenten en verwerkers bieden we u natuurlijk diensten aan zoals just-in-time leveringen en warehousing voor aankopen op afroep.
