Krakchemia S.A is a company with a half-century tradition of trading in chemicals. It belongs to ALMA MARKET S.A. Capital Group.As a separate economic entity active in wholesale, Krakchemia S.A has existed on the market since 2000. Since 2007, the Company has been quoted at Warszawska Giełda Papierów Wartościowych (Warsaw Stock Exchange). KRAKCHEMIA S.A. share capital amounts to 10 m PLN, and the revenues for 2010 equalled to 390m PLN.
Krakchemia belongs to the major plastics raw material distributors on the territory of Poland in terms of sale volume. On the basis of a three-party agreement concerning the sale and distribution of polyolefin products of Basell Polyolefins Company N.V./SA, the major world producer of polyolefins, and of Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o., the leader on the Polish market of polyethylene and polypropylene production and sale, it became one of two authorized Polish distributors of those companies. It bridges those companies and the small and medium-size companies dealing in processing the polyolefins.
In the course of the recent years, KRAKCHEMIA has become one of the major distributors on the Polish territory in the segment of packaging film thanks to the dynamic development of distribution. The Company leads also the activity connected with cutting the packaging film, comprising the longitudinal cutting and packaging film winding. In 2010, the Company expanded its machinery by purchasing a new highly-efficient plant for longitudinal film cutting.
Krakchemia S.A is active on the whole territory of Poland. The domestic distribution market subdivided into three regions : Southern, Central and Norhtern. On the territory of Kraków, in the headquarters of the company, there is the central warehousing basis of 6 300 square meters` area. There is another 4 600 square meters of warehousing area outside Kraków. The logistics center is located in Płock. There are new consulting centres coming into being all over the country. Apart from this, we develop our patron distribution network. The Poland-wide warehousing network allows for the quick execution of orders as well as a rational logistics policy. Online access to the computer system database allows carrying out the sale and customers servicing from practically any place in the country.

Wendt is al ruim 25 jaar een onafhankelijke distributeur van PVC raamfolie en CSM rubberdoek. Wendt verkoopt de PVC raamfolie en CSM rubberdoek aan lokale distributeurs of fabrikanten in verschillende Europese landen. Wendt verkoopt ook het Australische Ziptrak systeem waarbij het hoogwaardige PVC raamfolie gebruikt wordt.
Wendt has been an independent distributor of PVC window film and CSM rubber blanket for more than 25 years. Wendt sells the PVC window film and CSM rubber blanket to local distributors or manufacturers in several European countries. Wendt also sells the Australian Ziptrak system with the high-quality PVC window film.

Back in 1951, Polymer-Synthese-Werk GmbH began to manufacture and distribute packaging materials made of polyolefins in Mülheim/Ruhr.

As part of the company’s expansion, the factory was relocated to Rheinberg/Orsoy in 1962 due to the favourable connection with the railway.

At our factory, polyolefins are processed into packaging materials with over six decades of production experience.

Our strengths are short delivery times and customer-oriented production of goods. Each month, 600 tonnes of high-quality films, bags and custom products leave our production department. This packaging material is used throughout the world.

We process polyolefins such as high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure polyethylene (LLDPE), mixed films from the above materials and various composite films laminated in aluminium.

Effect Plus is a Polish manufacturer of stretch film produced using the “CAST” method.
Our company specializes in the production of the film since 2006. Many years of experience, qualified personnel, the latest generation of production lines and well-equipped laboratory for testing, allowed us to enter the European market and become a respected, and recognizable brand.
The company has two production plants located in: Rzeszów, and the Science and Technology Park Aeropolis Rogoznica. Currently, the company's production capacity is 60 000 tones per year. In October 2014, the company is launched a new, 3-meter line for production of stretch film with a capacity of 20 000 tones per year, and in September 2015 it will launch world's first 6-meter line for stretch film production, with capacity of 40 000 tones per year. After the investment, production capacity will reach 120 000 tones per year.
Such production capabilities enable us to produce a wide variety of films: Manual stretch film, Jumbo stretch film, Machine Stretch Film of different thicknesses, colors and widths.
Our company is one of the most experienced and well-known manufacturers of stretch foils. We have numerous awards and distinctions to document our success. EFFECT PLUS has received multiple awards in the recent years. Production takes place in modern halls machine, under the supervision of qualified professionals with years of experience, and implemented a Quality Management System ISO: 9001: 2008 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001: 2004, to emphasize the company's high attention to the quality of our products and the care for the environment. In our company we control the production process from beginning to end (the production of input materials to the finished product).
With the high quality raw materials, modern production lines and richly-featured laboratory for testing, the company is able to implement new solutions in this field.
