Ourproducts are highly evaluated due to their contribution for the subminiaturization,profile reduction and quality improvement of automotive interior parts andelectronic devices.
We produce our own translucent buttons andcontrol panels through an integrated process of molding, plating, painting,laser etching and assembly, ensuring a high-quality production and consequentlyresponding to worldwide requirements through Taiyo’s global network.

Vooral bij rubber-metaalverbindingen zijn de onderdelen vaak onderhevig aan hoge mechanische en chemische belastingen. Ons proces leidt tot een permanente verbinding van de materialen met een composietelement.
Ons dienstenpakket omvat ontvetten, stralen (ook gedeeltelijk) en het aanbrengen van een lijmlaag.
In het kader van het coaten van kleine onderdelen bieden wij diensten aan voor verschillende toepassingsgebieden, ook naast het aanbrengen van hechtingspromotors, zoals verlijmde coatings en het aanbrengen van decoratieve verven. Onze coating voor kleine onderdelen is afgestemd op grote batchgroottes. Tot onze klanten behoren dus ook de vormpakkingsindustrie, de textielindustrie en de speelgoedfabrikanten. "LaserRus" is een bedrijf met een productieoppervlakte van 2.500 vierkante meter dat gespecialiseerd is in de verwerking van gewalst plaatstaal en buizen uit constructiestaal, gelegeerd staal, non-ferrometalen door middel van lasersnijden, buigen, verven en lassen van voornoemde materialen. Tijdens het gehele ontwerp- en productieproces kunnen onze deskundigen u helpen uw specifieke behoeften te identificeren.
