With about 30 million polyamide parts as well as approximately 60 million single and multi-component parts per year, the company can be regarded as one of the world's leading suppliers of metallised synthetics. With four large plants, which permit a capacity of approximately 1,500 m² of metallised surface per day, as well as modern equipment for qualitative investigations, SAXONIA Galvanik is very well equipped to fulfil challenging requirements, in particular those of the automotive industry. In recent years, in co-operation with specialised research partners, we have been able to introduce and optimize different procedures. In this way, it is possible to securely coat highly complex parts and to fulfil the demanding quality controls of our clients.

Heat Treatment Services (HTS) is een divisie van ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH - een toonaangevende wereldwijde fabrikant van vacuümmetallurgie- en vacuümwarmtebehandelingsovens. Bij HTS leveren we de meest geavanceerde warmtebehandelingstechnologie aan klanten die willen profiteren van de voordelen van ALD-technologieën zonder te hoeven investeren in eigen apparatuur of de gehele technologie te moeten bedienen. Onze diensten zijn beschikbaar in drie wereldwijde centra in Duitsland, de VS en Mexico. Het vierde servicecentrum zal in het voorjaar van 2021 operationeel zijn in China.
Wij gebruiken de modernste warmtebehandelingstechnologieën van ALD. Onze bekende apparatuur zoals ModulTherm® en DualTherm® voldoen aan de uitbestedingseisen op het brede gebied van harden en warmtebehandeling. HTS levert de diensten op contractuele basis op industriële schaal en tijdig. De hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden toegepast in overeenstemming met de filosofie van ALD. Wij zijn uw expert voor warmtebehandelingsdiensten voor talrijke toepassingen in onder meer de automobielsector en de machinebouw.
Bovendien zijn onze installaties ontworpen voor recurrente productieprocessen. De HTS-fabrieken beschikken over alle noodzakelijke aanvullende apparatuur en gecertificeerde interne processen die klanten terecht van een topleverancier verwachten.
